Navigating daily life can feel overwhelming, especially when holding marginalized identities. Nadia works with adults who are queer, trans, gender expansive, neurodivergent, disabled, and/or navigating life transitions. Many clients come in feeling anxious, burned out, stuck in familiar relationship patterns, or uncertain about big changes.
Nadia offers a warm, gentle, and trauma-informed approach, creating space to explore experiences, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with personal strengths so life feels more manageable and grounded. They are committed to intersectional, anti-racist, and empowerment-focused therapy and strive to create an affirming space where clients feel seen and supported.
